Junction Food & Drink shared its first wave of committed vendors revealing 3 of the 10 concepts- run by local & national brewmasters, coffee roasters, and restaurateurs that will set up shop in the South Denver food hall when it opens next spring.
Opening at 2000 S Colorado Blvd, the 12,220-square-foot food hall is setting up shop in the Colorado Center, with both indoor and outdoor options. 3 Vendor stalls have been released by Lincoln Property Company and they are The Shawarma Shake serving up Mediterranean street food, Taco Sabe focused on multi-cultural tacos, and Grind & Grill Burger Co. creating fresh made-to-order burgers.
